COOLANGATTA HOTEL PRIZELINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Using the Coolangatta Hotel SMS prizeline is the process of registering an entry for a free double pass to an upcoming show at Coolangatta Hotel.
Eligible entries are to be registered via SMS to 0421 269 011 as advertised.
Use of, and/or access to the SMS competition services constitutes the entrant's agreement to the Competition Entry Terms and Conditions.
Coolangatta Hotel reserves the right to amend the Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline Terms and Conditions at any time.

General Terms and Conditions
1. Entry to competitions on the Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline is open to all mobile subscribers (users) who are connected to the Telstra, Vodafone, Optus, Virgin, and 3 mobile digital networks with SMS compatible mobile phones in Australia only.
2. To cast an SMS entry using the Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline, entrants must send an SMS text message from their mobile phone handset, containing the name of the act they would like to win tickets for, their name and their email address.
3. Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when sending messages to the SMS compeition service. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they SMS the correct number and provide the correct information required to register a valid entry. Coolangatta Hotel, will not be liable for costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
4. Buy using the Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline service to enter a competition, users voluntarily consent to being added to Coolangatta Hotel email and SMS database. By consenting to be a member of the Coolangatta Hotel Email and SMS database, the users acknowledge that they will receive promotional communication via SMS and email from Coolangatta Hotel from time to time.
5. Members of the Coolangatta Hotel email and SMS database can opt oout of receiving promotional messages at any time by replying to a promotional message with the word ‘unsubscribe’
6. The Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline service will be available from July 1 2008 and will continue until the date and time notified to entrants as part of the the in house advertiaing on the plasma screens
7. Under no circumstance will Coolangatta Hotel accept any responsibility or liability for costs incurred or any other consequence as a result of an entrant submitting an entry prior to or after the competition winners have been announced or advertised on-screen as opened and/or closed.
8. Coolangatta Hotel reserve the right to keep all entrant tallies confidential. No results other than what is required for the purpose of the format of the competition will be released to the public.
9. SMS Entries registered using the Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline service, will be charged at $0.25 (including GST)
Coolangatta Hotel suggest that permission of the mobile phone account holder must be obtained prior to the entry being made.
10. Any SMS entries received after the competition period has closed will not be included in the competition. Any entry submitted after the SMS competition period closes will be charged at $0.25 (including GST).
11. Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of Coolangatta Hotel) will Coolangatta Hotel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access the Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline service.
12. In order to cast a valid SMS entry, entrants must submit their entry via a mobile phone with a reply path. The SMS message must have passed through a Telecommunications carrier’s network to the Coolangatta Hotel database. Automated votes submitted via computer modems, programs or any other means other than a mobile phone as specified above will be deemed invalid. Coolangatta Hotel reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process which as a result corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the voting process. The venues decision in this matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The charges for Coolangatta Hotel SMS Prizeline services will appear on a subscriber’s next mobile bill. All queries relating to mobile bills should be directed to the mobile phone telephone carrier.
14. SMS is not a guaranteed delivery communication tool. Coolangatta Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any SMS messages not received, any SMS inadvertent reply message or for any delay in the delivery of any SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion, network failures or for any other reason. An entry is validated and included in the competition following delivery into the Coolangatta Hotel competition database from the Carriers.
