The Coolangatta Hotel Bandroom has played host to a wide array of some the finest Australian and international touring artists, and the Coolangatta Hotel is unquestionably one of Queensland’s most consistent live venues.

The venue features a 600 person capacity Bandroom boasting a full sized stage, international standard 50,000W Nexo sound system, in house sound engineer, a DJ booth, 360 degree bar, public amenities and backstage facilities. Added to what can only be one of the greatest nights out at The Cooly Hotel when you see a live band, the hotel is conveniently located on the beachfront at Coolangatta close to public transport and free parking.

Here at the Cooly Hotel, we have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and have been in close communication with event promoters and artists regarding the fate of our upcoming ticketed Band Room events.

As this situation evolves, each promoter, artist or event organiser will be making decisions on their events, and we respect those decisions. There will be instances where an event will be cancelled or postponed for various reasons. If this occurs, all official correspondence to ticket holders regarding cancellations and postponements of ticketed events will be addressed via email by OzTix in due course.
