New Zealand go into 2017 on the back of 14 consecutive Bledisloe Cup successes, with the Wallabies’ last series victory coming back in 2002. The All Blacks are one of the most dominant sports teams in the world, with their world record 18 match winning streak being broken by Ireland in November 2016. They are unbeaten in over 45 consecutive matches at home. Meanwhile, the Wallabies will be looking to break the streak and break the All Black stranglehold on world rugby.
Australia will host Game 1 of the 2017 Bledisloe Cup at ANZ Stadium in Sydney, before the series goes across the ditch to New Zealand for Game 2 at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin. The third and final game will move back to Australia following the conclusion of the Rugby Championship, and will be played at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
