Start with a Trio Sampler Entrée featuring Kilpatrick oysters, a succulent Asian pork belly slider, and a fresh local king prawn and avocado taco, followed by an alternate drop of either a 250g Sirloin Fillet or crispy-skinned Confit Chicken.
Enjoy a drinks package of beer, wine, and soft drink, get involved in sweeps and the best dressed competition, and keep the celebrations going with live music from 3 pm.
Tickets are $89 per person, with doors opening at 11:30 am. Hats, horses, food, drinks, and good times await!
